Your relationship with food isn’t just about willpower or discipline. It’s deeply connected to your nervous system—the same system that regulates your energy, sleep, and even how you approach movement. When your nervous system is dysregulated—whether from chronic stress, lack of sleep, or inconsistent energy levels—food can become a way to cope, regulate, or find a sense of safety. This course is designed to help you understand how nervous system dysregulation drives emotional eating, cravings, and restriction—and how to cultivate a more intuitive relationship with food.

What’s included

LIVE ONLINE LESSONS

Each session is 45 mins long, where Kritika will take you through the basics of nervous system health, from how the brain works, to practical exercises you can do at home to help your system relax and find safety.

recordings for you to keep

We get that sometimes life gets busy and you may not be able to attend the class live. The recordings are available for you to listen at your own pace and to refer to long after the course is completed.

1:1 session with kritika

At the end of the course, you’ll have a one-on-one video call with Kritika where you can ask her all your questions, and learn how to continue your nervous system-aware practice in every day life.
