Radical Wellbeing is a culmination of everything I teach my students and everything I continue to learn about holistic wellbeing. I have designed this 4 week course as a gentle exploration to help you reclaim your energy, rest, and vitality; build a relationship with movement and food rooted in trust - not rules; and support your nervous system with practices that actually fit your real life. My aim is to help you learn how to listen to your needs instead of constantly overriding them.

This isn’t another plan to “fix yourself”- it’s a return to your own intuitive wisdom and the kind of care that feels sustainable, supportive, and truly yours.

  • Start by understanding the deeper layers of what’s shaping your health habits: your nervous system. You’ll learn how your body responds to stress (fight, flight, freeze, fawn, shutdown), and how these states show up in your relationship with food, movement, rest, and self-care. Discover the Window of Regulation - your personal range of safety and resilience and explore what it feels like to be grounded, supported, and present in your body. This week sets the foundation for everything that follows, helping you build awareness, curiosity, and compassion for how your body communicates with you.

  • This week is about shifting your relationship with movement from something you have to do into something you want to do. You’ll explore the stories and “shoulds” you’ve internalized around exercise, and begin to gently release the all-or-nothing mindset. Learn to move in ways that meet your energy, support your mood, and reconnect you to joy. Whether it’s stretching, dancing, walking, or resting- this week gives you full permission to find what feels good and sustainable for you.

  • In Week 3, we quiet the diet noise and tune back in to your body’s wisdom. You’ll explore how stress, restriction, and emotional overwhelm impact your eating patterns, and learn the basics of intuitive eating without pressure or perfection. Through reflective tools and gentle practices, you’ll start to rebuild food safety and trust, understand the difference between physical and emotional hunger, and develop a more compassionate, attuned relationship with nourishment.

  • Health is not built in short bursts, it’s built through rhythms that honor your real life. In our final week, you’ll map out simple, supportive daily rhythms that work with your body instead of against it. You’ll explore how rest, sleep, downtime, and joyful rituals can become foundational to your wellbeing - not luxuries or afterthoughts. Most importantly, you’ll define what radical self-care means for you and walk away with a personalized plan to support your energy, boundaries, and inner capacity in the long term.
