My approach combines health coaching, life coaching, body image support, and nervous system work to help you reconnect with your body and establish routines that genuinely support you. Whether you’re healing your relationship with exercise, working through emotional eating, or just trying to feel more balanced and present in your daily life, our work will meet you where you are. I’ll support you in creating a version of health that’s not rooted in perfection or pressure, but in regulation, trust, and compassion.

 Together, we make sense of why food feels like comfort, why movement feels like pressure, and why your energy is constantly in a state of flux. Through nervous system education, intuitive eating, and somatic tools, we create space, not for perfection, but for presence. You begin to meet your body with curiosity, not control. And slowly, something shifts.

1:1 ONLINE COACHING SESSIONS 

Each session is a blend of health coaching, life coaching, and somatic practices designed to help you make sense of your patterns - from emotional eating and exercise resistance to burnout and energy crashes and begin to shift them with care and clarity.

3 OR 6 MONTH PACKAGES 

Our work unfolds over time, with options for a 3- or 6-month journey. These sessions are fully tailored to your needs, offering a supportive space to explore your relationship with food, movement, and rest - free from shame, pressure, or perfectionism.

ONGOING SUPPORT IN BETWEEN SESSIONS 

You’ll receive voice note check-ins, reflective journal prompts, and practical tools between sessions to help you integrate the work into your everyday life - so you’re supported, not just during the call, but in the moments that matter most.

I remember the first time I reached out to Kritika on instagram, in November 2022. I was fed up of all the fitness classes I had enrolled in the past few years - each one making me feel worse about myself than the other. All of them reinforced the same thing - that I was not strong enough, not thin enough, not agile enough. I had developed a negative relationship with exercise and I reached out to her in a desperate attempt to fix that.

Instead of pushing me to exercise on day 1, she started me on health coaching for a couple of months. We met online every week and looked at various aspects of my lifestyle and how I can optimise my energy levels. There were no pictures of food I was eating, no "cheat" days, no before and after pictures. It was a refreshing change.

And around 2 months in, I walked into Osmosis Studio. I did PT initially, and then eventually joined the group classes. Osmosis is a warm and welcoming space in the heart of Indira Nagar. I almost feel like I'm working out in a tree house. Kritika has created a beautiful space and community which encourages me without pressuring me. Having consistently worked out there for a few months now (I travel down from HSR because I love the space so much!), I can confidently say that she has changed my relationship to exercise. I look forward to exercising, and I'm kinder to myself on days when I don't have the energy to exercise.
