Welcome, I am so happy you are here. I have created this free offering because I deeply believe that learning is healing. As an advocate of self-psycho education and the powerful introspection and self-awareness it fosters - I can safely say that it's one of the core reasons why this space, and Osmosis Studio, exists in its current form.

My work as a practitioner and educator sits at the intersection of movement, nervous system healing, and intuitive health practices - with a deep focus on helping women rebuild trust with their bodies.

Through personal training, somatic work, and emotional well-being tools, I support women in shifting away from shame-based models of health toward a more compassionate, capacity-based approach. My motivation comes from my own lived experiences - of burnout, dysregulation, and the healing that comes when we finally stop pushing and start listening.

I believe that when women feel safe in their bodies, they reclaim their agency, their energy, and their joy.

These series of free workshops/gatherings are an invitation to explore that possibility - to understand how regulation, intuitive eating, and movement can support your life, not control it.

EMBODIED CIRCLE

A SPACE for embodied conversations about food, movement, SOMATIC WORK and nervous system healing.

What if your workout wasn’t something you had to push through, but something that could help you feel more grounded, resourced, and connected to yourself?

This month’s coversation will be an exploration of movement through the lens of the nervous system. So many of us have learned to relate to movement from a place of force, punishment, or perfection. But your body has its own intelligence - it responds to stress, safety, connection, and energy in real-time.

Nervous system-informed movement is about honoring that intelligence. It’s about practicing in ways that support regulation rather than override it. Whether you’ve struggled with burnout, inconsistency, pain, or emotional resistance to exercise - this approach offers a kinder, more sustainable path.

    • Adapting movement to support regulation, not override it - Tools and examples for adjusting training intensity, rest, and goals based on your nervous system state.
