Our online group sessions are designed to feel supportive, not overwhelming. From the comfort of your home, you’ll be guided through workouts that blend functional movement with both weights and bodyweight exercises.
No matter your fitness level, you’ll be able to follow along. Each session is structured to help you build strength, improve cardiovascular fitness, and move with more confidence - with clear, thoughtful guidance on form and technique so you feel safe every step of the way.
Our sessions are NOT about pushing to0 hard or keeping up with anyone else. It’s about showing up, staying consistent, and learning to move in a way that feels good in your body.
Our group sessions are perfect for beginners or those that do not have access to a gym - we help you build consistency in a way that truly works for you and supports your everyday life.

Our online personal training is a co-created process. Even from a distance, you remain at the center of it all - because you know your body best. Together, we build a plan around your body’s story, your needs, and your pace.
Whether you’re completely new to movement or have been training for years, everything is adapted to where you are - while still gently challenging you to grow.
We focus on building functional strength through thoughtful progressions, solid technique, and deeper body awareness. With your coach guiding you every step of the way, the focus stays on form, strength, and capacity - not on numbers, weight, calorie tracking, or chasing someone else’s version of “fit.”
The goal of our personal training sessions isn’t just to get stronger - it’s to help you move well, breathe better, and build strength that actually supports your everyday life.

Hi! I am Kritika, the founder of Osmosis Studio.
I founded Osmosis Studio 4 years ago to bring forward a new approach and philosophy to the fitness and wellbeing industry here in India. Our focus is and will always be on the individual and their unique struggles and needs rather than just conforming to and perpetuating oppressive industry standards.
Osmosis is designed to be more than just a strength & fitness offering, it’s a space for honoring and rebuilding your trust in your body. Through our work, we redefine what health and wellbeing mean by centering nervous system health, strengthening mind-body connection, and building inner safety and resilience over aesthetics or quick fixes.
As Osmosis continues to grow, our physical space has now evolved into an online studio - allowing this work to reach you in a more accessible and flexible way. Even in our online studio, the heart of Osmosis remains unchanged: a supportive space where you can show up as you are, receive guidance, and build a sustainable, compassionate relationship with your body from wherever you are.

Through my coaching programs, I help you understand how nervous system dysregulation impacts your relationship with food, movement, sleep, energy, and even how you see your body. Together, we explore what’s really driving these patterns, and use nervous system education, intuitive eating, and somatic tools to gently shift them.

Our programs are designed for women between the ages of 25–55 who are tired of quick fixes, restrictive programs, and hustle culture. Whether you're healing your relationship with exercise, recovering from burnout, or learning to listen to your body again, Osmosis offers a supportive and empowering environment.

Absolutely. Our trainers at Osmosis meet you where you are. Whether you’re a beginner or returning after time away, we build programs tailored to your current capacity, helping you rebuild strength, confidence, and trust in your body at your own pace.

We offer both! While we don’t currently run any in-person sessions, our work remains unchanged. You can work one-on-one with a coach for personalized support, or join our small-group online sessions that blend strength training and movement education -all designed to support you with the same depth, care, and intention.

Nervous system regulation is about helping your body shift out of chronic stress responses (like fight, flight, or freeze) and into states of calm, focus, and vitality. It's the foundation for sustainable health. We integrate simple somatic tools into our fitness and wellness programs so you can build lasting energy, resilience, and emotional well-being.

No. While your body may change through strength and nervous system work, our focus is never on weight loss. We focus on strength, energy, resilience, nervous system health, and a restored relationship with movement and food. Your body’s changes are a natural side effect of healing, not a demand we place on you.

Yes. Many of our clients come to us feeling stuck in these cycles. Our approach helps you understand these patterns through the lens of nervous system healing — not willpower or discipline — so you can create real, lasting shifts without shame or punishment.

Expect to build strength, deepen body trust, experience more consistent energy, heal your relationship with movement and food, and feel more emotionally regulated. Our results focus on how you live and feel in your body, not before-and-after photos.

We offer monthly memberships for online personal training and small group sessions. Most of our clients train 2 or 3 times per week and you can choose a plan based on how many sessions you'd like to do.

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for personal training sessions. If you need to reschedule, please let us know in advance so we can offer your slot to someone else.
Our online group sessions run on a monthly membership and reset at the end of each month. Sessions do not carry over, which helps us maintain consistency and flow within the program.
SET UP YOUR HOME STUDIO
We keep it simple. Creating an effective home setup doesn’t require much - just a small open space, good ventilation or natural light, and a few functional essentials. With free weights or dumbbells, kettlebells (optional), resistance bands, and a yoga mat, you have everything you need to move well and train effectively.
Our online sessions are designed around movement that makes sense for you- adapting to your space, your equipment, and your energy on any given day. No complicated setups or clutter, just intentional training that supports strength, balance, and consistency from the comfort of your home.
