Kritika has been training women for over 15 years and brings a holistic, supportive approach to every session. She’s a qualified personal trainer, retired yoga teacher, and a health and nervous system coach. Her sessions combine strength training with conversations about health, well-being, and nervous system care with a strong focus on good form and helping you build a kind, consistent relationship with exercise and your body.
I joined Osmosis Studio after an eight-year break from fitness due to a knee injury followed by surgery. Starting back felt daunting, but Kritika and Arya were incredibly supportive and empathetic toward my situation. They tailored my training to help me ease back in, ensuring I built strength and confidence at my own pace.
