Our live, interactive online sessions are designed to bring the Osmosis experience to you - with small-group attention, real-time coaching, and options for every fitness level.
We offer morning and evening classes to fit your routine:
Morning Beginner Group: 8AM on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
Perfect if you’re new to strength training or returning after a break.
Morning Intermediate Group: 9AM on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
Ideal for those ready to challenge themselves and deepen their training practice.
Evening Mixed-Level Group: 6:30PM on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
A dynamic, full-body class combining strength, conditioning, and mobility — open to all levels.
Choose your membership plan:
2 or 3 sessions per week
Both memberships come with complete flexibility to attend any of the group sessions offered that week. You can train mornings one week, evenings the next - whatever supports your lifestyle best.
What You’ll Need
A small space to move comfortably
You don’t need a fancy setup - just enough room to stretch, lunge, and move freely. A clear 6x6 ft space works perfectly.
A resistance band
Bands are a great way to add variety and challenge to your workouts - these are handy for warm up and for the workouts too.
A pair of dumbbells (or adjustable weights)
A simple set of dumbbells is all you need to build strength. We’ll guide you on what weight range to start with based on your current fitness level. You can add heavier weights as you get stronger.
A stable internet connection
A reliable connection ensures you can stay present and connected during our live sessions, without interruptions.
A mat
A comfortable mat helps support your joints and gives you a stable surface for floor work, mobility, and core exercises.
An open mind and willingness to learn
Come as you are. You don’t need to be “fit enough” or know all the moves - just bring your curiosity and commitment to showing up for yourself. We’ll guide you through the rest.
